ABSOLUTE WORST. I've been paying FAITHFULLY on my broken, yes BROKEN furniture for OVER two years. They treat you like a child. So many times I've told them "I DONT GET PAID TILL THE 20TH" and yet on the 15th they start NONSTOP calling. I'm down to about THREE payments. The company I work for has changed the pay period which put me a month behind and I've explained this to them. This last week I've been in the hospital. Every time I check my phone I have 5 missed calls in two days. I've told them "ILL BE DOWN FRIDAY" do they give two shnits? No, they're harassing me and my family making people think I don't pay my bills. IVE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL. I understand I'm late but this is only the SECOND time in over two years, I think they need to calm it. I will NEVER EVER buy one more thing from these paranas, nor refer ANYONE, even my worst enemy, I would not wish this hell upon them. I'd rather do without at this point.
If I could I would give a 0 out of five stars. Please people read the reviews before going through this company. I have never bought from a rent to own place before and never will but a friend of mind made a grave mistake by doing so. Specifically the manager and employees at this store are very rude. No customer service skills at all. They threatened me because of my friend buying from them and I knew absolutely nothing about them. The employee crumbled up his sign and threw it on my truck and banged on my door so hard I thought he was going to bust it down. The manager was worst threatening me and acting like I was lying because I said I didn't know nothing about it. I don't see how this can be legal.
These people are very rude and disrespectful. I will never rent from them again. Miss one payment and they are banging on our door waking my kids up. They sat in our driveway for 10 mins walked around back banging on our back door. I will not answer the door without my husband being there and then they threatened to call the police on me. Good luck to you guys that decide to rent from them. Hope they are not as rude as the people in EAST ALTON.
I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I've had nothing but good luck with Aaron's. If I need to have the payment a week late, they understand. Thank you
Need to be faster and call you better not impressed. in store was good but takes days for manager to do anything I'm not paying for my stuff to sit a thier store or warehouse, completely unprofessional.
