I like seeing the high school kids working, giving them the opportunity to gain work experience and make their own money. They unfortunately don't seem to ever get special requests to food right even when they read it back to you correctly saying no cheese on the burger, then you wind up with cheese on the burger
I sit in line for a real long time there the other day,trying to get a shake ,well after about 15 minutes, I simply drove to McDonald's had my shake and I be damn if the same freaking SUV was still sitting there,that place is a sad deal,I would have given it a minus 5 but I'll never go there again ,they'd been better off leaving it closed.
Decent place but always has problems with their order boards. Food is good and service is quick
Horrible service!!! We pulled up to order and the responded saying it would be just a moment. 15 min later no order. Other people are pulling in and getting theirs but nothing. We give up and go through the drive thru. They miss over half our order I tried to verify at the speaker but nobody answered. The whole time I watched 7 employees talking and playing on their phones. The manager Kim said they were busy but I've been there when they were busier with no problem. This was just a poorly run shift.
Been waiting for more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru . And there's three cars in front of me .
