My experience was unpleasant and as such I will not be returning. This was a multiple person failure involving the staff. I do not know where the failure to communicate occurred, but once identified was not resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner. The service itself was passable and the young woman who handled my pets was quite pleasant. This would have received a 4 star review.
The staff was wonderful, they treated our dogs like they were their own. Dr. Mcpheters was very knowledgeable and patient with our high energy dogs. Would highly recommend to all.
